    I possess decades of experience amplifying growth via a hands-on approach within a plethora of businesses in data and talent-heavy industries. Tailored advice vs templated approach. I utilise the ecosystem built between my clients, affiliations, other Fractionals, mentoring platforms and board role to ensure helpful to us all.
  • Do you have clients similar to me?
    By which you mean personable, motivated teams and individuals seeking the next stage of revenue generation…. then yes!
  • Please provide your stance regarding confidentiality
    Never work with competing clients and keep all conversations and strategies confidential whilst always considering the insights gleaned from working within other industries
  • Will you detail your fees in writing?
    I will share a Statement of Work (SOW), sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a contract with you as applicable.
  • What is your client philosophy?
    Loyalty, trust and rapport are key. I'm comfortable learning new products and services; being curious about my client sector helps to achieve better insights.
  • How do you structure your fees?
    I provide two exploratory sessions, where possible in person, to discuss your commercial pain points/challenges. I work on a day-rate basis with expenses and international travel agreed upon separately. Hourly rates can be agreed upon where required.
  • What is your background?
    Ex banker, ex property developer. Always worked with teams where the current growth position (talent + revenues) had room for improvement.
  • What is a Fractional?
    A Fractional enables you to draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience without the expense of hiring someone full time.
  • Do you have experience with neurodiversity?
    Yes, have worked with multiple neurodiverse individuals to optimise their stakeholder management strategies.
